Atrineo AG Releases Transnational Toolbox Report for IaaS 4DR Project

Atrineo AG is pleased to announce the publication of its latest deliverable within the EU‑funded IaaS4DR (Innovation as a Service for accelerated innovation and industrial transition in rural and remote areas in the Danube Region) project. Building on the progress executed in the previous months, the Transnational Toolbox and Service Portfolio for Innovation Support According to a Joint Standard provides a harmonised, strategic framework to guide regional innovation ecosystems towards greater integration and impact.
Key Features of the Transnational Toolbox Report
- Standardised Service Portfolio: A dual‑layer model comprising:
- A strategic framework mapping policy areas, target groups and stakeholders across any regional innovation ecosystem.
- An operational framework classifying services into Soft Support, Spaces & Infrastructure, and Funding Schemes.
- Soft Support Services: Detailed fact sheets on information/expertise, knowledge transfer, funding readiness, market development, IPR & technology collaboration, and more—each accompanied by practical recommendations and regional good practices.
- Infrastructure Services: Guidance on providing access to office, prototyping, research, testing, production and learning facilities, tailored to the needs of rural and remote innovators.
Regional innovation stakeholders—from technology intermediaries to public authorities and private enterprises—now have a common reference to compare, benchmark and co‑design support services. This toolbox not only identifies existing gaps but also outlines pragmatic steps to build integrated, on‑demand innovation teams that leverage both local and transnational expertise.
