Atrineo AG supports leading non-university research institutions, universities and colleges on the one hand in defining and establishing strategies, structures, systems and processes for the transfer of knowledge and technology, and on the other hand in handling unique transfer cases and transactions.
In the field of public research, Atrineo AG works for research institutions of all four German research organisations (Helmholtz Association, Leibniz Association, Max Planck Society, Fraunhofer Society) and for leading universities and colleges.
Atrineo AG offers a tailor-made software solution for the transfer sector which supports the planning, control and implementation of transfer activities and processes as required.

Dr. Rüdiger Werp
Rüdiger Werp has more than 25 years of professional experience in the transfer or marketing of knowledge and technologies from public research in the course of cooperations, science-based services, licensing, IP sales or start-ups.
He is very familiar with the objectives and structures of scientific institutions in Germany and other European countries. He has many years of experience in defining and establishing strategies, structures, systems and processes for the transfer sector. He also has extensive experience in designing and managing dialogue and interaction processes between science institutions and non-academic innovation actors.
He also has sound experience in dealing with intellectual property and with financing and funding instruments in the environment of scientific institutions. One of Rüdiger Werp's areas of expertise is the transfer of research results into sustainable business models and start-ups.
Dipl.-Ing. Nestor Rodriguez
Nestor Rodriguez has more than 15 years of professional experience in the commercialisation of technologies from both publicly and privately funded research. Mr. Rodriguez has many years of experience in the analysis of international markets, in particular through primary data collection tailored to each individual case.
Experience in the areas of private equity and corporate strategy strengthen his core competence of developing and implementing viable business models for new technologies. Nestor Rodriguez has played a decisive role in the structuring, establishment and financing of more than ten start-ups.
He has a good knowledge of the energy sector, where he not only knows a number of key players, but also has a good understanding of current trends and needs for new technologies or solutions.
